TRANSLATION

When it comes to translation between Japanese and English, the representative of our office acquires an appropriate expression depending on cases because of passing A level of the United Nations Associations Test of English (UNATE) in 2017 and getting overall band score 6.5 of IELS in 2018. Furthermore, by having Master of Jurisprudence in Aging Law and Policy from Stetson University College of Law in 2020, our expertise extends not only to Japanese inheritance, wills and guardianship system but also to those of the US.

In particular, we are enthusiastically tackling with drafting an affidavit that an heir with non-Japanese nationality brings to the on-site notary public office, or a last will and testament that a testator swears before the notary in Japan.
As for proceeding related to will, we also address as an interpreter between Japanese and English depending on the clients’ necessity.
Other than the above, we deal with translating precedents, official documents, explanation letter to the clients and so forth.

Through translation between Japanese and English, we are looking forward to being able to assist you.
